Policy & Privacy
Please arrive on time (preferably not early or more than 10 minutes late). It is important that services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.
After booking your service, you will receive a confirmation image via whatsapp or other messaging platforms with all of the info you’ll need for your appointment. If you need to make any adjustments or cancellations, you can do so by messaging us on whatsapp.
By booking, you assert that you have read and understand our salon policies.
No Shows
Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If you fail to attend an appointment the booking fee is lost and further payment will be required to secure a future appointment. If you are undergoing a course of treatment as part of a package, and fail to attend or do not provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or change, the treatment will be forfeited.
Though its best to make your appointment on time, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. For this reason, we offer a 15 minute grace period for clients who are running late. Any later than 15 minutes requires rescheduling. Please note that you may to have to accept an abbreviated service to keep the our on-time clients on schedule. If you are running late, always call us as soon as possible as, depending on the schedule, we will be able to work with you if we know ahead of time.
A positive environment at The Aesthetic Chapter is our top priority. While we would like to open our doors to all, we will not tolerate rude, or demeaning behavior from our clients to any staff member or fellow client. Clients behaving negatively or rudely will be asked to leave and not return.
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards like MasterCard, Visa, Diners, ShopeePay , PayNow and NETS.
Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges.
Refunds
The Satisfaction of our client is our priority. We offer prompt solutions that be occur but unfortunately we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for services rendered or products sold
Referrals Get $40 TAC Credits for every friend you refer. TAC Credits can be used on any single service or product .
All retail products are final sale and non-refundable.

We believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your therapist will remain confidential
Client lists and email lists are confidential and we do not sell or share any client info with outside companies
Please do not bring valuable with you as we are not responsible for lost, broken or stolen items
Please take note that all first trial deals / promotions listed on our website and in store are only applicable to residents residing in Singapore excluding tourists
